Meet the Owners

Jaycob and Lisa Garcia are the owners of 1st Response Restoration. Both have resided in Las Vegas for the last 20+ years. Jaycob and Lisa decided to open a here after seeing the level of damage that is caused by disasters within homes locally everyday. Jaycob studied business at UNLV where Lisa earned a BS in computer science. Initially, Jaycob ran while wearing the hats of technician, marketer, and manager, so that he could gain personal experience in each role within the company. Today he functions as the General Manager and uses his expertise to train and advise our production crews. Lisa is our Operations Manager and oversees the estimating and all back-end administration duties. We are also so fortunate to have three of the most wonderful children- Addyson, Kaitlyn, and Alyxander- who keep us busy and remind us everyday of what’s important.
