Water Removal and Dryout Services
When you have water damage or standing water that needs removed, you must take immediate action. The longer the water is left standing with your structure soaking, the more the water and its potential contaminants penetrate the materials. Higher levels of saturation mean longer drying times, and the more time elapses, the less likely it will be that we can save items.
Learn More About Our Technology
Water damage is classified into 3 categories which indicate the potential level of contaminants, pathogens, and other harmful substances that could pose a risk to your health.
Once you call us, we will respond immediately, dispatching one of our skilled technicians to your property to perform a full assessment and begin mitigation procedures in order to minimize the damage to your home and belongings. We specialize in water extraction, structural drying, and contents drying; our technician will identify the category and class of water damage, record moisture content readings of affected materials using specialized moisture meters, thermal imagers, and thermal hygrometers, and photo-document the damage while determining the best course of action to restore your property to a pre-loss condition.
Category 1
Clean water – From a source that does not pose A substantial risk to humans. No significant contaminants or additives.
* Category 1 will degrade to Category 2 in 48 hrs.
Category 2
Source is unsanitary water that contains a significant level of contamination and has the potential to cause discomfort or sickness by consumption or exposure. Carries microorganisms and nutrients for microbial growth.
* Category 2 will degrade to Category 3 in another 72 hrs.
Category 3
Contains pathogenic agents and is grossly unsanitary.

Call Now For Emergency Water ServiceBased on these categories, we know which affected materials can be saved, and which should be discarded. Our highly trained technicians apply the science of psychrometrics to dry your structure; they are able to identify not just the category of water, but also the class, so they know how many pints/day of moisture we should be pulling form the air with our dehumidification efforts. Once we know the type of loss, and have determined how far it has spread, we begin extracting the water and contaminants from the carpet and pad with heavy-duty weighted extraction units.
Once we have removed the standing water, we reduce its ability to spread any farther. Then, any materials which cannot be saved, or will hinder the dryout process are removed, and specialized cutting edge drying equipment is placed which can extract moisture from the other areas of exposure. We utilize high capacity air movers, low-grain refrigerant dehumidifiers, HEPA scrubbers (negative air machines), ducted and injection drying systems, and other specilty pieces depending on the circumstances. We monitor the drying progress everyday, adjusting the equipment as needed to return all affected materials to their dry standard quickly and efficiently.
And, as always, our staff will keep you informed every step of the way, answering any questions you may have and explaining the process.
